Once you start a conversation with our team, we walk you through which carriers fit your market, your license states, and your client base.

Onboarding is structured and supported every step of the way. After your introductory conversation, our team walks you through carrier appointments, certifications, and access to Carepoint Connect — our portal for quoting, enrollment, eligibility, and provider tools.

Most agents are fully contracted and ready to write business within a few weeks, depending on state requirements and carrier processing times.

Agents receive structured training on products, compliance, sales process, and client retention — plus ongoing field development and mentorship from experienced industry professionals.

Beyond training, you have access to our recruiting events, carrier specialists, compliance team, and a responsive support line. You are never figuring it out alone.

Commissions are paid directly to you based on the carrier's schedule for each product line. Renewals continue year over year — the foundation of compounding income for independent agents.

Specific commission structures, levels, and payment schedules are reviewed during your contracting conversation, since they vary by carrier and product.

Carepoint operates across all 50 states. Carrier availability varies by state and product line, so the specific options for you depend on where you are licensed and where you want to expand.

If you are licensed in multiple states or considering expansion, we help map out which markets give you the strongest opportunity.

There are no fees to contract with Carepoint. We do not require exclusivity — you remain in control of your book and your relationships.
